Emily will organize two or more performances of 'Transition', a song cycle I wrote for thirteen musicians celebrating the experiences of transgender people. The outcome will be evaluated based on having successful performances of my music with a large and diverse audience, as well as feedback from the audience and the musicians that I collaborate with.
