Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)
Lake of the Woods Art Guild will apply for 501(C)3 nonprofit status. We will also provide studio space and an art gallery for area artists to show and market their work.Lake of the Woods Art Guild will track the number of artists who use the studio space and will provide surveys for the artists to offer suggestions. Gallery attendance will also be tracked and surveys will be provided. 90% of respondents will offer positive comments.

The guild revised its bylaws, elected new officers, filled vacancies on the board and divided the secretary/treasurer position from one to two as responsibilities increased. A post box was obtained in order to maintain a more permanent and consistent addr
