Pequana Playhouse will acquire a location that is convenient and accessible by the public for meetings, files, storage, and office space. This space will provide a location address that can be used in promotion so community member will know where to go for more information, or to volunteer or collaborate with Pequana Playhouse.Once Pequana Playhose finds a space we will have an open house event that will include short surveys soliciting opinions of the new office space. Two more surveys will be conducted in the next two years.
Pequana Playhouse’s open house was held at their new downtown location in August 2012 and was attended by 25-30 people. Survey results indicated positive opinions about the new space. A second survey was conducted in January 2014 that indicated people in the community are aware of the location of the office and storage space, and that they think it is important that Pequana continue to maintain this space for storage of theater equipment and supplies, consistent meeting space and for office needs.
