Community Arts Support Grant
Funds will provide operating support for Northern Light Opera Company over a two year period.

USE: Administrative and operating expenses such as rent, utilities, wages/salaries, facility maintenance that support an organization's growth, expansion, and improvement OUTCOME: The capacity of Northern Light Opera Co. to provide arts experiences is strengthened by enriching the ways in which they connect to their communities through the arts. Evaluation methods include NLOC Board approval of an Operations Budget necessary to the successful operations supportive of bringing arts to the community prior to year one and year two. Evaluation methods include an NLOC Board Survey administered post year one and year two measuring the relative importance and success that were achieved by meeting the Operations Budget.
As a result of the first year of CAS grant funding NLOC participants and audience experienced an opportunity to sing, act, dance, build sets, construct costumes, and enjoy a professional quality Music Theater experience that would not have been available
