Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

The outcome of the grant income will be to pay part of the mortgage on our building. We have established a capital campaign to raise funds to make the necessary changes to the building that will which will facilitate an increase in offering to puppet workshops/classes, readers theater, aspects of theater workshops, small productions. We would send out surveys to our theater contacts to ask what classes/workshops they would like offered. We would do this about twice a year. We would conduct evaluations of those classes offered after completion to see what improvements are needed. We would ask audience members to suggest plays they would like to see produced, either as reader's theater or full productions.
