Our organization will recruit and hire qualified employees to fill current major staff vacancies within the organization whose work is vital to the success and mission of the organization. We will develop and carry out an onboarding process and build out employment resources to aid in employee development, retention, and growth.

Measurable Outcome(s)

Our goal of hiring and onboarding a full-time Executive Director was achieved. Robyn Hennen started in the position in June 14, 2022.
