Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

Over the next two years, Great Northern Theatre Company will focus our efforts on in creasing our organizational infrastructure while producing quality art experiences promoting diversity, equity and inclusion for cast, crew and audiences Evaluation is critical to assessing our organizations progress in reaching our strategic goals. GNTC will complete annual evaluation through: performance attendance; audience and artist surveys; and SWOT analysis of initiatives.

Measurable Outcome(s)

With the support of CMAB, GNTC was able to meet all anticipated outcomes of: producing two large-scale stage productions of Mary Poppins and Elf: the Musical; hosting a Winter Wonderland family activity event; holding a weeklong Children's Theater camp experience; and implementing year-two of our strategic plan to ensure stability and growth for GNTC.
