Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

Complete: 5 Year Plan and 1st Round of Fundraising, facility and site work begun/complete. We are able to hire an Executive Director Role and Director of Programming. Build out cadre of instructors = diversity. We will be able to measure the actual tangible results relative to the objective goals identified in the 5 year plan.

Measurable Outcome(s)

Shed Remodel Plans are partially complete and we have begun remodeling of that space- physical progress. Grounds upgrade plans are complete and we will install new roadway(s), parking, and improved access spring 2023- physical plans. We hired .5 FTE Program Coordinator- payroll records. Significant growth in cadre of artists/instructors- growing list of instructors.
