Staff Support: Establish a media intern Programming: Include a ?Residency? program with Chanticleer Successfully navigate through a possible downturn in enrollment Engage the board in annual planning session Purchases: Riser section, Tech and AV equipment line A media intern will be hired for the 2021-2022 season. A residency program will occur with Chanticleer. We will assess and adjust if enrollment drops below 80 singers and expenses are greater than income. The board will participate in annual planning. A riser section, Tech and AV equipment line will be purchased for the 2021-2022 season.
