The quantity and types of arts learning opportunities available in the state increases. Quantitative: Data on student numbers and dates enrolled, geographical location, age, school, increase or decrease in enrollment from previous year. Qualitative: Parents and symphony orchestra members will be surveyed using Survey Monkey. Voluntary surveys will be completed by audience members. 2: More Minnesotans are engaged in arts learning opportunities because barriers to participation have been identified and mitigated. Overall enrollment slight increase from 144 to 146 in Grand Rapids. Bigfork dropped from 8 to 7. 2: Tax Tuition Credit (TTC) Families decreased (9 to 6); Families receiving scholarships increased (10 to 14).
