Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

Great River Arts Association will present high quality, well conducted art classes for 88 youth and 41 adults between the dates of June and September 2013. For youth, there are16 ceramics sessions, 8 sessions in bookarts and printmaking, 16 sessions in drawing and painting, and 5 sessions in movement or theatre. For adults there will be 4 weekend workshops in painting, drawing, and pen/watercolor.We are going to begin using online surveys and registration forms through JotForm, Eventbrite and Mail Chimp, all of which integrate with each other, and send out surveys suitable for our workshops. We will also hire an action photographer to document our workshops that will then be promptly posted on social media sites and our website. This will help us with our documentation, without depending on staff.

Measurable Outcome(s)

Successfully provided access to an arts learning activity. Participation met expectations and surveys indicated positive impact.
