Preserve the cultural heritage of Minnesota by providing a family oriented arts and culture experience focusing on the early years of Minnesota folk-life. At least 35 artists/artisans/performers and at least 450 adults in attendance and 150 youth aged sev A count of all persons attending will be made at the gate.
