Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)
Saint Francis Music Center will create a free preparatory string orchestra for all area beginning string students which will meet weekly beginning mid-October.We will evaluate the success of this program by the skill sets achieved by the participants, by the number of participants, with feedback from orchestra members and parents, and by audience reaction.

Successful youth arts activity which resulted in increased awareness and skill level. Participation did not meet expectations.
