Increase arts access, awareness and appreciation by providing a high quality artistic concert with a broad appeal to the entire public.An outside evaluation consultant will devise and administer an evaluation tool and exit interview questions to use with the audience members who attend this event.

Successful arts activity which resulted in increased attendance over previous concerts and a significant number of attendees (20% who have never attended an Arts Council sponsored event).
