Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

The number of participants of the musical workshops will be recorded and their experience as to the enhancement of their musical talents from attending workshops. Survey of audiences at Scottish Fair regarding impressions of seeing and hearing this type of performance. The participants, as well as the instructing artists of the workshops will be asked to fill out an evaluation of their experiences of the workshops. On the day of the Scottish Fair performances, audience attendance will be noted and audiences will have an opportunity to complete surveys regarding their reactions to the performances.

Measurable Outcome(s)

The most significant outcome of our project was the variety of the performers. Each of the five events on the Main Stage were attended by 200 people sitting and another 30-50 standing. The workshop stage had 6 performances by 6 different groups. These performances were attended by between 50-100 people for each performance. The Cape Breton and Scottish Step Dancing had 25 people in attendance.
