Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

We hope to reach an audience of over 1,500 attendees with over 50% of attendees being first time participants in the event. Evaluation will be done by reviewing the hard numbers of ticket sales and expenses as well as through interviews with both performing artists and attendees.

Measurable Outcome(s)

Our matinee show reached an audience of 480 and featured dozens of performers. Audience response was tremendous, and nearly 90% of those who attended responded via an online survey that they would return for another similar event and/or recommend the event to a friend.
