Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

Our goal is to reach as many people as possible through our performances, with a goal of at least 400 people attending. Our goal is to increase awareness of the negative messages we are bombarded with on a daily basis, and despite negative messages, inspire others to use their passions out in the world, with the goal of 75% of respondents expressing that they have been influenced positively. Our methods for determining whether or not we have reached our attendance goal is through audience count. Our method for measuring positive influence on audience members is through audience surveys, post-show talkbacks, pre and post show activities, engagement with partnerships and social media analytics.

Measurable Outcome(s)

22 artists, 5 administrative personnel and 2 partners were involved in bringing the performance to 200 audience members who resonated with the play, based on comments in surveys and on social media. Information and resources on the issues were provided through a social media campaign, our website, resources and activities pre and post show, scene readings and discussions and talkback discussions.
