Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

We seek to reach a greater number of community members evidenced by greater attendance numbers. Since no formal survey or evaluation has been done at this festival in the past, we seek to conduct a survey to serve as a basis for future comparison. We count visitors to the festival, number of participating artists, and number of attendees participating in various activities, but a formal survey of both attendees and vendors will be conducted this year in person and via a follow-up email.

Measurable Outcome(s)

1300 people attended the event, exceeding the 1000 projected attendance. More than 800 people went inside the Banfill Tavern building to see the exhibition, more than in any previous year. 50% of survey respondents were new event attendees and 95% ranked the event as excellent. 300 new emails were collected from attendees through surveys, raffle tickets, and mailing list sign-ups.
