Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

We will evaluate the concerts by measuring the total number of people attending each concert: 40 people expected to attend the Studio Z concert and 100 people to attend the Weisman concert. We will evaluate success of the project by audience satisfaction, and by how many new listeners attend each concert. We will evaluate the success of our program with an audience survey which will provide information about concert attendance, audience satisfaction, and new audience members, as well as personal/verbal feedback with audience members at the concert.

Measurable Outcome(s)

150 attended our concerts. Several hundred additional listeners at pop up concerts two weeks earlier; 40% of the audience were first time attendees. Most people found our contemporary repertoire very engaging and interesting; this project raised our level of playing; we became more cohesive as an ensemble.
