Funding for County Arts-In, a four-day intensive performing arts camp for youth ages 13 to 19. The camp will take place at the Washington County Fairgrounds in July and culminate with performances at the Washington County Fair and the Minnesota State Fair in August 2013.

Sixty-one youth participated in the creation of the show, 1987 individuals attended performances; the show's theme was "everyone counts"; feedback from youth was positive.
