To nurture youth performance and appreciation of music; 10 - 15 first-time youth attendees under the age of 18.Head count; web survey.

Measurable Outcome(s)

Roseville String Ensemble saw a 50% increase in attendance for a total of 307 audience members; over one-third of the audience was the targeted demographic of youth; 31 students performed with the ensemble which was 10 more than projected; ensemble members broadened their musical horizons to encompass Jazz performance; connections were made with local string instructors.
