Provide open air painting outdoors and demonstrating visual artists; showcase established and emerging artists; reflect, learn about and celebrate the multicultural neighborhood; involve local high-school students in artistic competition.Email evaluation forms; artists attend a recap party; audience feedback.

Measurable Outcome(s)

Over 50 visual artists participated in the Plein Air demonstrations; 11 different performing groups participated; 143 total teen works were created as a result of the festival; 1500 attendees.
