Project Details

The SCSO presents 8 concerts each year, usually in Ritsche Auditorium at SCSU. In addition we have outreach programs that send musicians into the community to perform for students and seniors.

Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

The SCSO will serve more than 6,500 community members per year with symphonic music, increase musician satisfaction and engagement, cause listeners to understand and appreciate diverse repertoire, and increase fiscal stability. Concert evaluation will be done by audience count, collecting written and oral feedback, and recordings. Organizational evaluation will be done via member and staff interviews, analysis of stakeholder engagement efforts, and financial analysis.
