A great beneficial outcome has been statewide exposure that we've received from being a part of this project. Of published articles that were posted on Facebook by MNopedia, the top three have received 4273 views. Minnpost has picked up five of the articles that were written as part of the project. While it's impossible to see their individual article views, having a subscriber base of over 2500 people assures that they have been seen by a large number of Minnesotans. Links to their author pages include all of the articles.

Two articles have also been picked up by Local History News which is sent out to Museum Professionals across the state.
An added beneficial outcome has been the addition of people in our sphere who have become 'experts' on a local history topic. We've been able to set-up three presentations with entry authors who presented on their topics to a public audience at the Comstock House. In a small venue, 15 people saw a presentation on Florence Klingensmith, and 40 saw a presentation on Georgetown, Minnesota's history as a Hudson's Bay Company Transfer Station. In March 2018 we will have a presentation on the German WW2 POW's that worked in Clay County. It's been a great opportunity for students and for the public.
