Due to the careful planning process and subsequent implementation of the proposed plan, the measurable outcomes were achieved.

Specifically,
the support system for the house has been stabilized and the project has passed inspection by the Building Department at the City of White Bear Lake;

the project has provided for a safe and stable place for groups and events to assemble and the Cottage has re-opened to the public;

the SOIS were followed and the Charles P. Noyes Cottage remains on the National Register of Historic Places.
