Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

Minnesotans, both audience members and local amateur and semi-professional musicians experience great music as auditors and active participants. Surveys will be distributed at all the performances, asking about the significance of the events they attended in their personal, intellectual and artistic lives.

Measurable Outcome(s)

Despite the pandemic, NLMF was able to provide a full summer season of professional arts activity to the Iron Range. Due to the pandemic, physical surveys of the audiences at the opera were not possible. However, at the B'nai Abraham Cultural Center, a guest book recorded attendance at the completely free chamber music series, and the comments of the audience. 2: NLMF was the only arts organization in the State of Minnesota producing a full season of work. Audience surveys prior to decision-making about the pandemic led us to slightly reduced, but full season of events allowing those patrons who felt comfortable in open air, or distanced settings, to experience a full season of arts events.
