Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

African heritage communities and general public gain empathy around issues of cultural trauma and healing after watching RONDO: Beyond the Pavement. Count attendance; audio record and take notes at artist/audience post-film conversation; survey hosts on satisfaction via written and oral (audio recorded) evaluations. 2: African heritage communities experience a measure of healing from cultural trauma by telling their own stories about the impact of Duluth lynchings. Oral and written surveys with participants, host partners, and community leaders who facilitated activities to talk about how the artistic process enabled them to grapple with issues, and changes they perceive personally or in relationships.
