ACHF Arts Access
DoPT will have the capacity and strategy to complete a successful Capital Campaign for a community-designed creative gathering space which will be home to high-quality performances, concerts, and arts experiences for Granite Falls and Southwest Minnesota. DoPT will cultivate new relationships with a broad donor base, and develop systems for acknowledging and maintaining those relationships, to ensure the long-terms financial success of our organization. DoPT will have processes and systems that can, in addition to strengthening our organization, be shared and benefit artists, arts producers, and arts organizations across the region. We will measure our success by our progress towards our Capital Campaign by tracking our goals and timelines, as well as through formal (surveys, feedback sessions, etc.) and informal conversations with our Staff, Board, Capital Campaign Committee, and Development Committee.
Although we have not made as much progress as we had hoped (due to ongoing COVID-19 challenges including waning community connection and social isolation), we are on track to continue a successful and vibrant Capital Campaign. The support provided by the consultant has helped us reframe and reinvigorate our fundraising strategy, and we look forward to implementing our learning over the next year. These learnings have included: the ABC?s of fundraising; prospect charting; Executive Director fundraising habits; successful messaging to and thanking of donors; and fundraising habits that will support the long-term sustainability of our organization
