Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)
Real or perceived barriers to arts learning are identified and addressed. The number of youth learning a new arts activity increases. We will take a "before and after" survey and count by numbers: How many in this room can waltz, schottische or polka? Teachers will also be asked to fill out our Art Residency Survey.
Measurable Outcome(s)
During and after the residency, teachers expressed how grateful they were to have experienced this dance workshop. This residency provided students, teachers, and audience 3 days of art exposure, which is a 2 day increase over last year.
