As a result of general operating support our board of directors will work throughout the next year to develop and implement a Strategic Plan with a 5-10 year outlook. Evaluation will occur through a board member questionnaire follow-up meeting with project planners interviews and notes related to personal observation.

We adopted 4 strategic planning goals with 15 strategies to improve our organization. We sent 3 theater makers to a State convention and they reported increased learning and development.
