Real or perceived barriers to arts participation and arts access are identified and addressed. Our goal is to emphasize to rural audiences the importance of ongoing artistic and theatrical performances in our region. To enlist at least 10 volunteers.Attendance numbers, follow-up meeting with project planners, personal observation of activities.

We met our volunteer goal of 10 and our audience goal of 5,000. Budget shortages were offset.
