East Grand Forks Campbell Library produces programming that exposes our patrons to art forms and artists that they otherwise would never encounter.Audience questionnaire, participant questionnaire, attendance numbers, follow-up meeting with project planners.

Increased from 1-5 Middle School age programming. Established 12 new Outreach programs. Larger events were exchanged for numerous small workshops.
