Arts Legacy Grant

Project Details

4-H'ers will explore and be creative through a series of artistic workshops. We'll build and design flower boxes for our fair. Youth will create, design and built improvements to our fair's arts display. And we'll explore and design barn quilts.

Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

As a result of this program, 4-H youth in Polk County will be comfortable exploring new ways to express themselves through the arts while building communication skills and self-confidence. Evaluation will occur through participant and artist questionnaires, participation and audience counts, and small group input sessions from participants and volunteers.
