Kittson Central School will sponsor Trey Everett to teach eight art classes consisting of journal writing, painting or calligrams

Unlike Math class, art requires the student to focus on the process of creating. The process of creating is vast and wide not limited to a box in which to fill in the answer. Through the artist residency experience, students were challenged to direct their attention on the present moment, reflect on words that defined themselves and their interests while trusting that their work would be part of a larger multi-dimensional mural at the end of the week. Emphasis on the process over the product.
