Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

As a result of this project, Viking area citizens, Viking School children, and visitors will gain a greater appreciation of our Veteran's through the Art displayed in the Viking Veteran's Memorial. Evaluation will occur by gathering comments on our Facebook page, comment box and sheets at the Memorial site, and by interviewing people who visit the site during our dedication ceremony in August 2020.

Measurable Outcome(s)

Reactions have exceed expectations. People who view the Memorial are moved by the message and the quality of the Memorial. The combination of the wall with the names of veterans, and the "Home for the Harvest" centerpiece evokes an emotional response from visitors. We have regular visitors in our small town.
