Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

As a result of this program, metalworking artisans Joel Miller and Sue Suess will be afforded a very public forum to exhibit their metalworking mastery while creating a unique identity for this facility and our community. Evaluation will occur through follow-up meetings with project planners, participant counts and surveys of actual activity attenders to evaluate their understanding and emotional reaction to the public art piece.

Measurable Outcome(s)

Gilbertson Field is a gathering place for the City of Roseau. Baseball participants and fans gather every summer to experience a piece of Americana. The City of Roseau has invested greatly in the sports complex for the participants and fans to appreciate the game of baseball. The archway project provided a key piece of public artwork to make that final statement that you have arrived at an important destination. Metalwork artists Joel Miller and Sue Seuss created that sense of place.
