Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

As a result of this program rural and urban people will share the music, dance, and stories generated historically in northwestern Minnesota as performed today in order to better appreciate art, its geography and relationship to history. Evaluation will occur through a follow-up meeting with project planners, personal observation, audience, artist, and youth numbers and descriptions by participants which inform us in what ways our program was a meaningful experience to them.

Measurable Outcome(s)

Persons attending our event from Minneapolis are working along with local residents to put up signage that will indicate the importance of the history and culture of the area as commemorated in our arts festival.
