The quality, types, and number of arts opportunities for East Grand Forks youth and adults increases. The number of patrons of all ages and socio-economic groups increases to the library.Attendance at Campbell Writers and the Book Club, an increase of 2-4 regular volunteer hours per week, recorded use of mobile laptop lab.

Measurable Outcome(s)

Waiting list for summer children's programming increased by nearly 50%, requests for another adult writers group and writing class doubled.
