ACHF Arts Education
Students will be able to define and demonstrate core acting skills, including projection, character development, blocking and problem solving. Students will be able to define and demonstrate knowledge of theater technical skills including basic costuming, stage makeup, sound/lights, props, and sets. We will have a survey for all participants both educators and students, to see if our goals were met and to gather feedback for future projects. We will also demonstrate success with the successful completion of a Fall showcase and Spring One-Act. Ultimately, participation will be the ultimate sign of success, if students continue to join in and be active members of the club. Students auditioning and being cast in local productions, as well as continuing to be involved in theater in high school will be a sign of success.
