Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

As a result of this program, interns will experience increased knowledge and skill in their selected area of stagecraft through direct contact with a mentor in that field and a specific project design for them by the mentor. As a result of this project interns will increase their awareness of what goes into developing a live theater production through their participation in their specific aspect of stagecraft and through observation of the entire process first hand. Evaluation methods include pre and post questionnaires as well as interviews/meetings with mentors and project review to measure Increase in knowledge, skill and awareness in the intern's chosen stagecraft area. Since we are also evaluation intern's feedback on the mentors, we will use that to improve mentorship in the future.
