The clearly executable goals are: 1. Hold 5 workshops. I will teach one tune a workshop, for a total of 5 tunes. 2. Hold 1 concert, open to the public, where the participants will perform all 5 tunes. 3. Print 1 tune book, for sale and distribution. For the workshop, the goal for attendance is at least 10 participants. For the concert, the goal for attendance is at least 30 attendees plus workshop participants. If we reach these numbers, it will be successful. Tune teaching will be successful if I fully teach 5 tunes in 5 sessions. Tune learning is slightly more difficult to measure, but students will be equipped with the resources to continue learning on their own (sheet music, recordings, and the live experience of learning from a teacher). If the tunebook is printed, distributed to attendees, and offered for sale at the Nordic Center, it will be successful.
