Funds will assist Headwaters Music and Arts to establish a production club for area youth to learn video, audio, and graphics production.

Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

As a result of this program, Bemidji youth will experience increased video production knowledge and skills through iinstruction by technology and media professionals and individual and small group community story telling initiatives. Evaluation methods include written surveys administered at the beginning of the program as well as at its conclusion to measure the increase in video production knowledge and skills in teen participants. The program evaluation methods also include follow up meetings with key organizers to measure the quality and effectiveness of the program.
