Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

Special education students in Federal Setting III will learn skills such as acting, puppetry, and collaboration in a developmentally appropriate way. With the U of M's Center for Early Education and Development (CEED), CTC will adapt existing theatre arts rubrics, with adjustments made to what success looks like for this community of learners. The resulting rubric will be used for evaluation.

Measurable Outcome(s)

Special education students and their peers learned storytelling, acting, creative writing, and collaboration in a developmentally appropriate way. Teaching artists and classroom teachers observed and tracked participation of students in classroom activities, and met regularly to make adjustments.
