MacPhail will deepen its impact in 22 greater Minnesota communities by providing new and expanded supplemental music learning opportunities to rural students through innovative live online instruction.

MacPhail will administer surveys to students and music educators in partnership with Wilder Research. 2: 95% of music educators are positive about their own growth and learning due to program participation. MacPhail will interview and survey partner educators.
