Red Wing Arts Association will provide relevant and requested arts learning experiences in conjunction with current exhibits at the Depot Gallery.

Red Wing Arts Association will provide professional and artistic development to 50 adult and student learners. A short discussion at the start of each class will establish a baseline measure with the subject. A survey will be provided at the end to measure progress. Anecdotal comments will also be collected.
