We expect to serve 20-30 professional artists and mentors through this program. We expect 90-100% of the apprentices participating will indicate that their knowledge of working in professional theatre was enhanced/expanded.The Apprentice Program will be evaluated by the Executive Director throughout the process, through check-in meetings with apprentices and mentors, exit interviews with apprentices and mentors, and an anonymous survey given to apprentices after the product
