ACHF Arts Education
The primary goals are: 1) Provide skills training in the artistic discipline of hand-drawn map making. 2) Facilitate individual self-expression and storytelling through the map making process. 3) Increase community engagement with the arts through a hands-on map making activity. 4) Produce personally meaningful artistic maps that document human-landscape relationships. Success will be evaluated through: 1) Artistic critique and assessment of final maps produced. 2) Enrollment numbers meeting or exceeding participation targets with at least 40 people attending the drop-in classes and at least 10 attending the North House Folk School Course.
