95% of student surveys will show that respondents have learned more about basic acoustics, woodworking, and music technology as a result of this course. 70% of student surveys will also show that respondents are interested in continuing studies beyond the scope of the program. Anticipated outcomes will be measured through student surveys administered at the course's midpoint and end, as well as post-performance feedback gathered from students, teachers, and parents.
100% of participants experienced sonic pi/electronic music processing instruction for the 1st time. Students were introduced to new concepts for reaching creative potential. Workshop feedback indicates that students liked building things, increased their understanding of electricity/speakers, enjoyed the class/the sounds they created, and would like to do future projects at school/home.
