The Bloomington Public Schools Gifted and Talented Department will collaboare with storyteller and teaching artist Katie Knutson to provide fourteen unique storytelling, drama, and writing residencies that meaningfully engage students in the writing process.

ACHF Arts Education
Targeted students and staff will develop storytelling skills and apply them in their writing/teaching. Students and staff will complete assessments before and after each residency to rate their skills in storytelling and in applying them to their writing/teaching. Project team will continuously evaluate outcome progress, adjusting as needed. 2: Students develop their skills to use storytelling, drama, and writing to creatively express their ideas and emotions.
