Yes will present monthly Transcendence Cabaret shows to reach a broader audience throughout Minnesota, featuring primarily BIPOC transgender, nonbinary, and two spirit artists throughout the year.

Amy Fauble: Fauble is a singer-songwriter with decades of experience working with nonprofits such as Sisters Camelot, Rock the Vote, Rock the Cause, and Minnesota NORML. Fauble majored in filmmaking at Minneapolis Community and Technical College and was an accredited filmmaker at the 2017 Berlinale, an international film fest in Berlin, Germany. She also holds a certificate of women's studies and is an advocate for women's rights, human rights, and ending hunger and poverty.; Nicholas Healy: Healy is an author, editor, book critic, and writing instructor. His background includes fifteen years in children's publishing, many as editorial director at Capstone. Healy is a program manager for Scholarship America, a nonprofit organization based in greater Minnesota. He also serves on the programming committee for the Twin Rivers Council for the Arts in Mankato. ; Rachael Jaeger: Jaeger is a writer invested in multiple genres, including screenplays, fantasy, young adult fiction, and she has dabbled in some creative nonfiction. In 2023, she was a recipient of a Prairie Lakes Regional Arts Council grant to help her complete a young adult novel. She also received a grant to shoot a short film version of a full completed screenplay called Lyrical Livy, which addresses homelessness, friendship, and domestic violence. She works as a contract writer for The Waseca County Pioneer.; Kerri Jamison: Jamison is a Twin Cities artist who has served the artistic community in various roles at organizations such as the Walker Art Center, Northern Spark, and more. She holds BA degrees in art history and German from the University of Minnesota, and a certificate in photography from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design.; Michael Seward: Seward teaches English at Minneapolis College. He earned a MFA in creative writing from the University of Minnesota and has taught creative writing for decades at multiple levels. He has earned several Fulbright grants as well as a Minnesota State Arts Board grant, and has had numerous articles, blogs, stories, and poems appear in various publications.; Sarah Walker: Walker is an artist, zine maker, and museum professional. She received a bachelor of arts in fine art and creative writing from Illinois Wesleyan University (Bloomington, IL), and went on to procure a certificate in museum studies from Northwestern University (Evanston, IL). Her professional experience includes working as a gallery assistant at the Merwin and Wakeley Galleries in Bloomington, IL, and as the office manager and press liaison for the Las Cruces Museum of Art (Las Cruces, NM). Her volunteer experience includes work for Chicago's Glessner House Museum, the Walker Art Center, and Fireweed Community Woodshop. Her writing and artwork have been included in publications worldwide.; Maurice Ward: Ward is the visionary founder and president of Justice Impacted Individuals Voting Effectively (JIIVE) and the creator of the podcast I Got Somethang Ta Say. Ward graduated cum laude from Bemidji State University and is currently pursuing a master's degree in advocacy and political leadership at Metropolitan State University. In addition to his academic achievements, he is an accomplished spoken word artist, and has performed at various events. Ward is writing a book titled Out the Mud, focusing on using urban gardening to empower and rehabilitate individuals following incarceration.; Carolyn Williams-Noren: Williams-Noren writes poems, essays, and recipes. She has writings in many journals and in two poetry chapbooks: FLIGHTS (2020, Ethel) and Small Like a Tooth (2015, Dancing Girl). Past awards include a McKnight Artist Fellowship (2014), two Minnesota State Arts Board grants (2016 and 2013), a Loft Mentor Award (2010), Pushcart and Best of the Net nominations, and a Best American Essays notables mention. Williams-Noren freelances as a copy editor for publishers and academics, and as a writer for small businesses and artists.
ACHF Arts Access
Audiences will experience art from trans/nonbinary/two spirit primarily BI and POC artists that centers their artistic work. Ticket sales from monthly shows will track audience growth as well as invites to perform at other events and venues throughout the year to grow further audience participation.
